Refund Policy

Once we’ve setup and configured your game we’ll email you to let you know, after which you’ll have seven days (one week) to review it.

We’re confident you’ll love your Piknik game, but if for any reason you don’t, email us at support@piknik.games telling us why and we’ll either try to rectify the issue or we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

If we don’t hear from you within those seven days or you decide to go ahead and launch your campaign, we’ll take this to mean that you’ve approved the game and you’ll no longer be eligible for any refund.

We’re sure it goes without saying but for the avoidance of doubt; we cannot offer any refunds for our service after your campaign period has begun. Make sure to check out our blog to assess if a branded game is right for you and make the most of your game campaign.
